Printing PDF checks on dot matrix printer results on illegible fonts

Hi,

We customized a PDF check in Cloud Fusion Accounts Payables. Our subsidiaries use dot matrix printer due to cost reasons. When we test printing PDF checks on this kind of printers, fonts are illegible. Do anyone has used this type of printers? Any trick or setup to print from PDF on screen to dot matrix printers?

We thinks it's a post script or technological issue. If we use inkjet or laser printers there is no issue, however we cannot change to that type of printers (we have 160 subsidiaries using currently dot matrix printer in PeopleSoft and we are moving to Cloud applications).

    Hi,

    Were you able to print finally from Oracle Cloud to Dot matrix printer. Please respond. We are at an insurance client location and they do want to go for dot matrix printer. We have the print server installed. But we are getting those wierd characters.
