Summary
Some reports are not allowed
Content
Hello,
I have followed steps in: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E80149_01/bip/BIPAD/GUID-9CA704F1-CB19-404F-9CD8-0069E3D4E2EB.htm#BIPAD199 to allow some bip reports to be exposed and executed without the need to provide credentials.
Within the folder i´ve made public, i have other folders, each with it´s own report and data model.
Issue i am having is that some reports are executing properly while others don´t.
The error is clear, but should not happen (attached image).
All reports(5) are inside the guest folder, so i do not know why it´s happening with a couple of them. The remaining 3 work fine.
I do not remember of adding any report property different to have this kind of behaviour.
Please advise.
Regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos.
Just checking.
What about the Data Sources used by those reports that are failing?
Do they have the Allow Guest Access checked?
Is the last item on the doc you provided
Grant access to the data sources used by data models in your Guest folder. See Setting Up Data Sources for information on granting Guest access to a data source.
Cheers.

Hello Fernando,
Thanks for response.
Yes, it´s the same data source (it uses a jndi connection from weblogic) for all data models;

Hi Carlos.
Suggest investigate BI Publisher logs. Maybe increase the detail of the logs for a short period of time.
Let us know if you find something.
Cheers.
Fernando
