Monitoring Office 365 using CASB

Hi,
We provisioned CASB services and integrated with Office 365 account. After integrating, we are getting data for exchange mail resource. But we are not getting data for any other resources and custom pre-defined reports.
While creating Office 365 instance in CASB, we gave a new office 365 user with the privileges mentioned in the below URL.

Even though, we got an error stating that the created user has insufficient privileges as attached below(Office365_User).
Please suggest if we need to add more privileges to the office 365 user or any more steps to do.
