Can we change the default Measure dimension

Hi,

I am connecting Data Visualization Desktop to an Essbase ASO cube and it looks like that the Account dimension is not recognized with the  "Measure" tag.

Is there a way to change the default behavior? Is there a workaround?

Thank you Olivier for putting me on the right track, I verified and noticed that the Account dimension was not tagged as account ...

Tagging as account solved the issue with account dimension which is recognized as Measures now!

Now about the dimensions that are not recognized properly, they may be dynamic or shared and are splitted as multiple dimension in dimension explorer. Is this behavior related to ASO documented somewhere?

Unlike with other type of datasets where DVD attempts to recognize column types (and the user can update them afterwards), for Essbase DVD relies fully on Essbase Metadata. All the members of the dimension flagged as Dimension Type = Accounts should show as measures in DVD. Can you double check the outline on the Essbase side

More over ASO hierarchies (11.1.2.3) are not recognized properly by DVD.

As far as I can see Essbase connector is not beta anymore was connectivity against Essbase correctly tested?
