BI Publiisher Template Builder for 11.1.1.9 with Office 365

Missing BI Publisher add-in menu option after Installing Template Builder for 11.1.1.9 on Office 365

My application is OTBI 11.1.1.9.  My OS is Windows Server 2016 Datacenter.  My MS Office installation is Office 365 32-bit, downloaded and installed today (Monday 5/27/2019).

After downloading and installing the BI Publisher add-in, the BI Publisher menu ribbon is not present in any MS Office application.

Is the Template Builder supposed to work with Office 365?  If so, have any of you successfully installed it?  I have run through the "usual suspects"  without success.  For example, after installation the add-in is not shown under Options > Add-Ins, whether disabled, enabled, or any other sort of differently-abled.  TBMenus and so forth.  After installation, there is just no indication that it is anywhere in the add-ins.

Any thoughts?

Thank you, Noelle.  Although that particular information is eluding me in the certification matrix, I had pretty much come to that conclusion.  Thank you for the confirmation.

Office 365 is not certified with 11.1.1.9.  Please refer to the certification matrix.

Unfortunately, this article applies only to Office 365 ProPlus, and only to BI Publisher 12c.  I need direction for Office 365 Business and BI Publisher Template Builder 11.1.1.9.
