Connect OAC Autonomous to On-premise database

We want to connect the OAC to our On-Premise Database.

We want to connect the OAC to our On-Premise Database. Found that we need to Download/Configure the Oracle Data Gateway on our On-Premise database/weblogic server. But we are AIX and got to know that AIX is not compatible OS to have the Oracle Data Gateway. 

There is one more utility called RDC, even this is not compatible on AIX

Can you please help us in getting this done or anyone had the same requirement were able to get this done?

We want to know the entire process of getting this connection from OAC to our On-Premise Database.

Your assistance would be much appreciated.
