Hi Anshul,

If I have understood your question correctly, you want to join the data from both the sources (SaaS and PaaS) and develop a BI Publisher report on top of that.

If yes then one of the approaches is to create a data flow with both the sources, join them based on your logic, do the calculation if needed and save it as a data set in OAC DV and use this data set in BI publisher as source to create a data model.
