How to get access to OAC console and ADW console?

Content

I wanted to do some configuration settings changes in our OAC and ADW.

Is there a way to get access to OAC console and ADW console, to do the same?

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance,

Chethana

OAC as in regular OAC? You can't. OAC-C (Classic) did give you that option but you can't buy it anymore as a product. OAC is black-boxed and apart from the built-in settings you can't change anything at all.

  • Thank you for the information.

    Does that answer your question?

  • I understood that only the built-in settings can be changed in an Autonomous-OAC (this is our case). So, are these built-in settings only those accessible through OCI and OAC GUI?

Wanted to know, if there is any other way to change these built-in settings? In my case, I want to edit NQSConfig.ini. How do I do it?

    Thanks,

    As stated abvove:

"OAC" - the product which was previously called "Autonomous" which is also being called "Oracle managed" you have no access to anything apart from what is available in the GUI.

"OAC-C" - the "classic" product which was customer managed with access to the file system and the OS is no longer available for purchase except for with a derogation from Oracle.

So as far as "how do I do it" goes: You. Can. Not. The product simply does not give you that option at all. Hope it is clear now.

  • Yes. It is clear now.

    Thanks,
