Whatever visualization/graph which we create in OAC, how it can be accessed through APIs. I want to call APIs and display the underlying visualization/graph from the calling tool

Do you mean DV projects or the classic analysis? OAC is this 2-products-in-1. Classic analysis come with a bunch of webservice available, more often people just want the data and not the charts, but there is a service for that as well.
DV projects are a lot simpler to embed as Oracle developer libraries making it extremely simple to embed a DV project in another web page / web application.

I creates a parameter "Role Name" and then I put the Role name field in the filter and made a bind to the parameter, When I add the value in the parameter, it works. When I delete it from the parameter it give me <empty> How do I get rid of the <empty>
