Datamodel crawl is not consistent across environments

We have IDCS enabled in our OAS 5.5 Environments. What is the expected USER and ROLES required to successfully run DATAMODEL crawl. In, OBIEE 12.2.1.3 or earlier release we used to have "weblogic" user doing a refresh/crawl for both
1. Datamodel
2. Webcatalog crawl
Whereas, with OAS 5.5. Web catalog crawl works/refreshes irrespective of any user (even if the user doesn't exists too) little weird though. But, for Datamodel crawl to refresh successfully it requires only IDCS user. Even, though the domain was created with 'wlsadmin' and it had BIServiceAdministrator/BIAdministrator role assigned. It doesn't get refreshed!
So, can someone give a detailed configuration for Search panel ?
