How to use DB connections Other than ADW in OAC TCM?

The customer is using the Thin client model (Data modeler in the OAC Browser). We have the option to choose only ADW connections in the OAC console, connections. How can we use other DB types in OAC TCM? For example, Want to Use a Teradata connection, is it possible?

Can you use JDBC connection?

Currently we support only Direct or PAC connection to Oracle Database (DbaaS/ADW) via SAC > Connections for TCM. So its not possible to create a teradata connection for TCM.
