    Hi Indranil,

    Please try below steps.

1.First Go to the Catalog folder and select view folder as 'Admin View'

2.Then all user folders will be visible

3.Select any user email folder which you want to remove the access ,Go to the properties under Task Tab.

    4. In the properties for selected user set Set Ownership of this item and all subitems.

5.After that you will have the permission access to that folder

6.Then go to the permission and delete the roles. By default selected users have enabled that folder access.

Please check and let me know.

What do you mean by “my folders “? Could you kindly elaborate?

@Joel Acha - This is personalize folder of each user. When a user save content to my folder into analytics it is accessible only that user, didn't not accessible to other user.

That is the intended functionality. If you want to share content then that has to be done in the shared folders. My Folders is for personal use only.

Do NOT do what User_CQNIF said! "My Folder" is driven by access right permissions. Take away the permission to have a "My Folder" from the user application role but in no case go and play with detailed rights of the user's folder!
