Our OAC Private Endpoint is not auto-upgraded to v6.2

Summary:

Our OAC Private Endpoint is connected to ADW Private Endpoint and both are hosted in Service VCN in cloud. We are connecting to this OAC/ADW from corp n/w through Loadbalancer public IPs (hosted in Service VCN).

All metrics and dv are fine and my query is that, "why is the OAC not auto-upgraded to v6.2?" (its current version in v6.1)

    yes , we should be able to answer and address any maintenance related activities over an Oracle service request as it may require analysis of instances that are owned by you, hence , we recommend you to raise an Oracle SR.thanks
