Discoverer EUL to OAC Migration Utility

Is there any utility or tool available that can support Discoverer to OAC migrations? Recently, we have been seeing that a lot of Customers are being advised to move their EBS Discoverer application to OAC but if we have to do this manually and re-create the EUL in the OAC RPD, the cost and effort required to do this is quite prohibitive for most customers.

Please advise on whether there is any way in which this process can be automated or simplified.

PS - Earlier DOMA (Discoverer Metadata Migration Assistant) utility was available but it was hard to use as it ran only in Windows XP.
