Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server

How can I recover my OAC project instance after it was deleted from OCI without warning?
Summary:
Hi, we created multiple oracle analytics projects which we accessed using this link: https://sdav1-idmnz5eedtyk-ia.analytics.ocp.oraclecloud.com/ui/dv/?pageid=home.
- However, we can no longer access this url and we keep getting an error saying Did Not Connect: Potential Security (screenshots have been attached).
- However, we were not notified of any changes, or that our tenancy expired, so could you please help us recover our projects and get access to the OAC projects that we need.
- I was on a trial of OCI, but I believe that it has expired (screenshot attached from OCI showing the license expired banner) which is why I am facing this issue. Would we be able to get an extension for it?

I don't think your instance was deleted from OCI but rather there is an issue with the certificate. If you try to connect and get the warning about potential security issue, click advanced and there is an option to proceed (Don't remember the wording). Click that and you should get to your site, you might need to add the site to an approved exception list. If this works, then you need to open an SR with Oracle to get the certificate fixed

Hi GlennS_3 this is not a certificate issue, I get a host not resolvable error when I do what you are suggesting. I have also spoken to OCI and OAC support teams, who have confirmed that my instance was deleted.

Wow, so sorry, hopefully you had a backup that can be restored.

You should create an SR. If you have deleted an instance or let your tenancy expire -- the OAC instance should no longer be available. You should work with support to determine your options.
