In the BIP report the alignment is coming up differently in different mail applications i.e. table alignment looks fine in Thunderbird but the same is misaligned in MS Outlook or Webmail. "Use RFC 2231 Encoding" setting is enabled under System Settings but this is also not helping, anyone has faced this issue? Any suggestions?

    Hi Saurabh,

Which type of layout template you have created and what is the output format you are sending though mail.

    Hi Saurabh,

Can you please select below 3 Auto fit option one by one and try.

I don't have email server configured so not able to check.

    Let me try once.

Hi Saurabh, Not sure if your issue is resolved. But there is another category for BI Publisher related questions. - "Reporting and Analytics" --> "BI Publisher Learning Center".

May be raising it there as well might give you more responses to resolve this.

    Hi Saurabh,

Is the alignment of content defined inside tables? if not then the format will change according to the formating of email applications like outlook and web browsers. Defining specific sizes of tables and layouts and putting objects inside tables help you control the layout of the output even in mails.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Siddharth Dang

Yes Siddharth, alignment of content defined inside the tables but still the behavior is same.
