Unable to revive workbooks after deleting one of the accounts.
Summary:
Hi team,
After deleting one of the two accounts of the single OAC instance, I am unable to get the data from the deleted account. Will I be able to revive the data from the deleted account? If yes, please suggest as to what should be done to revive the workbooks, datasets of the deleted account.
Thanks
Ankan

Hi Ankan ,
Can you check if there are any snapshots created for your OAC instance . If yes then you can restore from your snapshot .
Thanks

Hi Anirban,
How to check if there's a screenshot present of that instance of that deleted account from another account?

Hi Ankan,
Anirban is asking to check if you have snaphot (backup .bar file) and then to restore it ( upload ) , this way you would be able to check.

Hi Ankan ,
From DV home page , you can click on the hamburger icon at top left side . Click on Console , Then go to snapshots . From there you can see list of snapshots present.
Thanks

Yeah, I saw that from another account of the same instance but the snapshots weren't present.

Have you taken any export of your DV project ?
0 -
No , its not taken. So, if there is no snapshot taken then we cannot revive the data from other accounts as well?
0 -
Yes if you don't have exports or snapshots then i think you can't recover it .
Thanks

Hi Ankan,
Open the Navigator menu, select Console, then Content.
You should be able to see a list of all objects in your OAC environment with the ability to change ownership as well.
Kind regards,
Federico
