You can find the high level migration task flow here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acmgb/learn-migrating-oracle-analytics-cloud.html#GUID-7B1E6756-8282-41B5-943D-0B7D7464D424
The only difference compared to OBIEE 12.2.1.4 is in the command to use to create the snapshot (bar file).

Hi All Thanks for responding to query. Can anyone please help with below reference. Currently customer in OBI 12c 12.2.1.3 moving to OAC, whenever i search for obi to OAC i get below note . Due to which i have explicitly asked any difference from 1.3 and 1.4.
- Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g (11.1.1.9.x or later)
- Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 12c (12.2.1.4 or later)
Our customer has lot of bip reports in it and found below link which says in 12.2.1.3 users folders and bip jobs gets missed after migration.
Solution provided is OBIEE source environment must be 12.2.1.4 or later for a successful/complete migration.
Please advice

Your customer has to update OBIEE to 12.2.1.4 before migrating to OAC.
OBIEE 12.2.1.3 to OAC is not a supported migration and may result in missing artifacts / errors.
