Hi Team,
I have created a Custom page and added a dashboard into this page.
I am looking for the option to customize “page options” (Edit dashboard, Add To briefing book, create bookmark link…etc.) and only need export pdf, html and excel.

OTBI isn't "real OBIEE" so it's a question of whether you have access to the same level of detail for controlling privileges. Do you have access to the Administration page?
Briefing Book, Customizations can be controlled there. See screenshot.
"Edit Dashboard" is something completely different as it is always rendered by default as soon as a user has write access to a dashboard.
