Hi

I have created an agent to run a report in Oracle BI. I have scheduled the agent . It seems last run has failed but I don't know why. How I can see the previous run history of an agent.

    Hi Ritwick,

    While running the Agent you can check in Administration>Manage Agent session

    But after run you can check in the Agent.log file and the nqscheduler.log file which is not possible to see in the cloud environment

    Hi Ravi,

     

    I had scheduled an agent to run a report on weekly basis. The agent has failed on 6th May. I can see that in the BI but I can not see the reason. Do I need to raise a SR to access the log file you mentioned in your comments.

    Hi Ritwick,

    It is not possible to see the last run for the OTBI agent  only for the Bi publisher job it is possible

    You can raise an SR and they will say what is the reason for failure but they will not provide you the log information as it is confidential
