Parmit, Oracle Cloud Applications use a very old 11g version of OBIEE in OTBI so you must go to the following rather than the latest 12c version of the platform

You should start from: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/index.html and navigate to the required Fusion Module/Pillar and Release.
You will find the "Analyze and Report" section under each one of them with up-to-date technical and bussiness information.
