When customize one border of column, rest disappearing in obiee 10g

In OBIEE 10g when we are trying to customize right side border of one column (want to give another color) from Properties -> Style -> Border,
rest all three borders of columns are disappearing. (default gray border is removed).
Can some one let me know if this is version issue and happens only in 10g?
Also, please let us know if any workaround can be applied for same.
