Use Case and Business Need

The problem with Subject Area Recruiting is that  Column recruiter user type is always linked to a requisition based on recruiting . So if the user type  does not have a requisition (which is the case for some of them), he will not go in the output of the report. But when we want to count the number of members within a team we need to count all of them, also the ones not having requisitions.

When the report needs count of no of members in the given team then it will be:

Total No of members  in the team = No of  recruiter  with requisition ( Available  in  Subject Area )  + No of  recruiter without requisition where requisition has not happened / null . ( Suppressed today)  

This will allow us to count and have global worldwide figures linked to all our full-time recruiters and not only to those who performed actitivity in Taleo within a given period.
