Show E-mail Recipients In BI Agent-Scheduled Reports
Description
Blank recipient list in emails received via OBI agents.
Use Case and Business Need
When a scheduled report is received via email, the TO, CC fields is empty i.e it doesn't show which users have received that email from OBI agent.
This was not the case in BO and hence might be a risk factor if developer adds an incorrect email Id (recipient) by mistake and users are not aware about it.

Since there is also no scheduler instance documentation, this is much needed. It is difficult to keep the list current without the recipient list or some report similar to the Business Objects Inventory report which showed ALL scheduled instance detail: recipients, parameter values, etc.

It is interesting how much this is missed ... I frequently get users asking me who it was sent to because that list is gone.

Its really one of the critical and urgent requirement.

It is a nice to have feature, not critical.
1. In case when it is critical, you can put into 'TO:' a distribution (mailing) list including all recipients (thoroughly tested) OR, even better,
2. Use the Bursting. When scheduled, Bursting will create in the History a separate line for every delivery and you can check any time to whom, when and what was sent for every email address. Last is really good when you create a personalized email for every recipient, say with specific data set and/or in specified language.

We also require this functionality implemented.

OBIEE has a configuration setting for emails called Use BCC Instead of To that defaults to display BCC addresses as contrary to TO addresses.
Oracle Taleo is also currently set to this default to prevent email recipients from seeing who else the emails are routing to.
This email setting is a global configuration setting and cannot be changed for individual zones.
Changes to OBI global configuration settings must be requested through an Enhancement Request

Currently, once an OBI scheduled report is sent via email, it does not display in the email all the names of the recipients. We need to see this information to confirm receipt of the report.
