Ability to set a Parameter as Mandatory in BI

Use Case and Business Need

Currently there is no option to set a parameter as a mandatory parameter. The developer should have an option to set parameter / parameters as mandatory while creating the data model in BI.

Raghu - Change it as BIP instead of BI. 'Ability to make a parameter as mandatory in the BIP data model must be provided'.
