Description

Would be very helpful if we have warning message when developers move the OBI folders accidently

Use Case and Business Need

During development of OBI analysis/dashboards, developers were moving folders accidently. This has happened couple of times and even though this was not the intention of developer. Would have been very nice if OBI provides some kind of warning message that mention's that do you want to move this folder, if yes then click and continue.

Yes definitely this would be an important feature to be provided that would help making accidental changes.

This is a great callout for those that do not realize they are clicking/dragging.  Also, the warning would be good to call out that links may be broken and need to be fixed.

This has been a problem with OBIEE since 2013 and We never seem to recognize how critical this bug is - until we loose the folders and have people screaming..

Today this issue occurred for our business and due to an unintentional act by a user many critical scheduled reports failed as a folder was moved which contained the underlying data models for the reports.
