Assignment Changes Report - OTBI

Use Case and Business Need

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a report. The columns are mentioned below:

1. Person number

2. Employee name

3. Assignment last update date and last updated by

4. Action and Action date

5. Previous BU and Current BU(If it is changed from previous to new one, current BU should have value. If it is not changed, current BU should be blank)

6. Previous and Current cost center(same as BU)

7. Previous and Current Department(same as BU)

8. Previous and Current grade(same as BU)

9. Previous and Current Job(same as BU)

10. Previous and Current Location(same as BU)

11. Previous and Current position(same as BU)

And there should a date prompt as the image below

If it is possible to do it in OTBI, What could be subject area? Suggestions please?

    Thanks for the link. It is working good. But how we are fetching the Old Action name,Old BU, Old department etc in that report? Are we using any condition for this? If you are aware of that, please share your knowledge
