Description
To have the ability to use an action link to drill to the actual record in the application from an OTBI analysis
Use Case and Business Need
An example scenario is if for running an OTBI data quality report. It shows employees that do not have a line manager. You would like to easily fix this and add a manager to this persons record. You would click on the record in the report and it would open a new page navigating straight to that persons record allowing you to fix there record straight away.
This could be used across all functions.
More details
Currently you can use an action link to put in a static web link that would take you to a page for instance manage employment, but cannot specify a certain record e.g. person record.
This would be useful for all Cloud applications.
