How to get data for one column which is not aviable in another column

HI

I have C1 and C2 columns at OBIEE report

i need to get C1 data 
as

We need to get only ID's in C1 which are not avaible in C2 as C1-C2 but Data available is text

i created C2 in report2 and in my main report i filtered C1 not in report2 but it is taking very long time and report is getting errror as report2 is having huge data.

can anyone help
