Allow group by Task Name within Task Dimension of PPM subject areas

Description
We need to be able to summarize various measures within PPM subject areas such as Budget and Cost by Task Name.
Use Case and Business Need
We share same tasks across multiple projects. We have executive requirements to analyze budget and cost performance at the unique task name level. Oracle could not provide a work around within OTBI. I also tried various functions and unsuccessful.
More details
Oracle support suggest we use other columns to summarize at this level. To do this we will have to change our current business process. Ok for a work around for now but not ideal as it adds additional time and effort to business users.
