This was already addressed via Idea # 89343f1817 and KM Doc 2635720.1

The self service was delivered, but this is not working on POD's that are IP whitelisted/VPN enabled.

We need a solution for this to work under this scenario. Can it be an ER to provide a solution for the same.

 

Use Case and Business Need

Self service would help to get the issue fixed by customer themselves and not to get delayed for a simple run that would be completed within 5 mins. Business cant wait until Oracle Support addresses this via SR
