Monitoring agents

My company highly utilizes agents for distribution of OBIEE reporting (via email). Currently, one of us 'admins' create the agent and put ourselves on the distribution list. We do this so that we know if the agent is successfully executing and the content of the email is looking the way that it should.
We are trying to figure out a better way of doing this. A way so that we don't simply have to track down each agent in the catalog and see if it succeeded and/or check our own emails to make sure the reporting is being distributed properly.
What we'd like to do -- we'd ideally like to have a dashboard that we could go to and easily see what agents have been ran at any given time of day (the agent name, maybe the time report the agent rant, what time they ran, and did they successfully execute).
In OBIEE 12c, does a utility/functionality already exist that would help us to achieve this?
If so, where could I begin investigating?
If not, would anyone have any good ideas as to how to begin doing such a thing?
(note -- I am not asking anyone to write any code or do this for me. I am only asking in case anyone might have ideas or might already be doing this and could offer advice as to where we could start looking)

You can simply map the S_NQ_*** tables into your RPD and create dashboards on top of them. Usage Trackig extension...

Or also simply open the Job Manager (installed with the Admintool) as it's uses the tables Christian is referring to...
Not a dashboard in the way OBIEE does it but a tool at least

Christian Berg and Gianni Ceresa.
Thank you both for your replies. Both of your replies give me some direction in which I can start looking, decide on my options and make a decision. That was exactly the sort of feedback I was hoping for.
Unfortunately I think I can only mark one of the answers as 'Correct' -- so even though both are actually correct, I will have to mark one as helpful and the other as correct.
Thanks again!

No, I dont care about that system. Your bar just looks proportionally exaggerated.

You know people say that size doesn't matter ....
