Support for special characters in OTBI LoV parameters

Description
Referring to SR 3-26306298481 that was previously raised for an issue faced on the seeded LoV search functionality in OTBI.
Unable to Select/Choose a Project Number from the List of Values of a Parameter when using the seeded "Search" Functionality when trying to enter the parameter value for a specific Legal Entity.
We analyzed the issue regarding the Parameter search .
The issue is mainly caused due to the special Character "&" ("Edgenta Environmental & Material Testing Sdn Bhd").
This issue is already looked after by Development Team and resolution will be provided in the upcoming versions
Use Case and Business Need
Customers may have many other entities/subsidiaries or names containing special character that may face the issue when LoV parameter is using such values in the SQL query.
For current case, customer has more than 800 items under the entity that will require using the search dialog as the value may not appear in the dropdown list.
