Report on Comments by transaction requester
Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of): Hutchison 3G UK
Description (Required): I would like to be able to report on the comments entered by a user when they submit the transaction for approval - e.g. absences. At the moment it looks like we can only report on the comments which are entered by the approver of the request when they approve - this isn't useful as comments tend to be no more than "Approved". This current "Comment" field is in subject area Human Capital Management - Approval Notification Archive Real Time > Approval Notification Comments > Comment field.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): The business would like to see the comments made by the requestor - some types of leave for example should have justification/rationale which should be entered in the comments
