Description (Required):
Require OTBI report to fetch when the user got suspended after termination. Currently there are multiple records of SUSPEND request type in PER_LDAP_USER table. The table does not provide exact information which record can be identified of User deactivation.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
The user of Employee is getting deactivated after termination. But not able to identify exact record in PER_LDAP_USER table when the user got suspended
