Need PVOs for the tax tables "ZX_ACCOUNTS" and "ZX_REC_NREC_DIST"

Description (Required): Not able to extract data regarding the tax accounts and tax distributions records using BICC.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): The customer is migrating from EBS to Fusion and they have an existing datawarehouse based on EBS tables. Currently we are adapting the tables structure in order to integrate data from Fusion data model but we have issues for the Tax module. In fact, PVOs regarding tax accounts (ZX_ACCOUNTS) and tax distributions(ZX_REC_NREC_DIST ) are missing. The ZX_REC_NREC_DIST table is important in order to have a link with invoice distributions.

These informations are important for reporting purposes.
