Add fields to 'Payroll - Element Entries History Real Time' subject area

Description (Required):

Within the 'Payroll - Element Entries History Real Time' subject area, in the Element Entry folder, add:

Element Entry Created By Name, that would list the actual name/full name/ display name of the user who created the element entry

Element Entry Last Updated By Name, that would list the actual name/full name/ display name of the user who last updated the element entry

Currently there exists:

Element Entry Created By

Element Entry Last Updated By

both of which are the users user id in our configurations.

In our implementation the user id is the person's person number, not their name or email address.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This would allow all of this data to come from one subject area within OTBI. Currently to accomplish this reporting requirement we would need to use BI Publisher. In most cases the business users do not know everyone's person numbers, and would have to look up this number in the application after referencing the "Element Entry Created By" and "Element Entry Last Updated By" fields.
