Provide foreign_payment_use_flag column to OTBI Subject Areas

Description (Required):

We have a business report requirement where we need the following data exposed in a Procurement/Payments subject area (in this case, we want to use Suppliers - Real Time):

iby_ext_bank_accounts.foreign_payment_use_flag [This is the physical table.column]

This column doesn't appear to exist in any Subject Area nor in the Procurement data lineage document.

We would like for this column to be made available in OTBI.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The availablility of this column would allow us to move a report entirely from a BI Publisher report to an OTBI analysis.
