Use Case and Business Need (Required):
In OTBI Report, when using the below Subject Area, we will be able to get the employee's Absences Balances by using the Folder - Employee Plan Participation based on the Plan (Front-loaded -> Accrual Balance).
-> Workforce Management - Accrual Real Time
The Subject Area is not fetching the Absence Balances of the employees for whom the Global Transfer is performed.
The Absence Balances are displayed as zero though the employees are having the Balances. This happens only for the employees who have undergone Global Transfer transaction.
For all the Global Transferred employees, we have the below row available in all the Absence Plans.
->Initial Balance - HR Transfer : ORA_ANC_INIT_GT_BALANCE
We investigated the OTBI-Physical SQL Query. We found that the Accrual Period and End_Bal is returning Blank/Empty for the below Types by which the Absence Balance is incorrect in the OTBI Report.
-> ORA_ANC_INIT_GT_BALANCE
-> ADJOTH
