we are using absences real time subject area but didn't found below columns
Hi Team,
we are using absences real time subject area but didn't found below columns .
Leaves accrued
(days)
Leaves availed
(days)
Leaves encashed
(days)
Leaves lapsed
(days)
Closing EL Balance
(Days).
Any one help me how can achive above requiremnt .

If the columns are not available in the OTBI subject area please create BIP report

Can you please check the below data lineage mapping document for HCM subject areas to see if you can find the columns in any of the subject areas.

Review the user guide for your subject areas.
Go to your docs for HCM then top task Analyze and Report

then Review Subject Areas
You are using
Subject area "Workforce Management - Absence Real Time"
which is like a list of absences for each person assignment like what you see on this page.
Select Navigator, select Show More, in Me select Time and Absences, select task Existing Absences.
but if you want "accrued" and "balance" etc then assume you need to be using this subject area
Workforce Management - Accrual Real Time
Provides absence accrual information for the worker. The objective of this subject area is to report on absence plan balances for workers. You can report on accrual details for Incremental and Front Loaded plans. The reported balances are as of the latest accrual process run date. In addition to accrual details, you can report information related to accrual balance such as adjustments, carryovers, and time taken. You can use the Time dimension to report on worker accrual history. The latest worker assignment and work-relationship data will be displayed. This subject area supports worker leave accruals history. Time dimension is linked to "Employee Plan Participation Details"."Balance Calculation Date". This subject area returns data at the grain of accruals of person (ANC_PER_ACRL_ENTRY_DTLS).
