Unable to see FA subject areas in OAC

Hello experts,
I have required Job role assigned in FA. In OAC, i have DV Author access assigned. I have created connection to Fusion Applications. Now, when I tried to create a dataset using FA connection, I cannot see FA subject area. When i click expand subject areas, I am getting error message "Object listing not available"

Which user did you use when creating the connection to Fusion from OAC? If you login as that user to Fusion directly (standalone, note you have to use same user exactly) is the user able to see the subject areas? As long as the user has necessary permissions in fusion to view these objects it should work from OAC as well. So make sure you test this as the specific user used in connection definition directly in fusion.

user1 - DV Author in OAC
user1(same user) - has FA job roles required for the subject area. Doesn't have BI Author in FA.
connection in OAC - used his same credentials.

We would have to validate the connection/user setup/behavior in fusion. Kindly open a Service Request with support so we can assist your further.
