We found out that if a OAC report doesn't use any fact/measure then in the query the BI server will add the implicit fact which is ok, as expected. The problem is that no data security is applied.
We had a SR for this behavior and it seems to be the expected one.
Our request is if we don't use a measure/ fact and the implicit fact is used, the data security to be also applied as we defined it as a fact level.
