Problem with the display of graphs and scorecard

Hi,
I have problem with display graphs and scorecard in some browsers.
I'm working on Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.131017.
Some users use Mozilla Firefox 46 and they can't see the graphs on dashboards. Are there any requirements to charge the charts?
In single-user I updated the Adobe Flash Player, and the problem still persists.
For some users scorecardzie not displayed graphs, the word overlap if there are gray boxes instead of a schedule.
Are there any recommendations for the browser and the Flash plugin in your browser?
I use Firefox 36.0.8 and it works all right but already browsers IE or Chrome there are problems with the display.
A majority of users have a new Firefox and meaninglessness each user downgraded versions.
