Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) - Briefing Books Question

We are trying to create a briefing book based on a Dashboard that automatically updates itself whenever changes are made to the data/filters that feeds it. Having gone through the guidance, we ensured that the "Updatable" option is ticked, however the briefing book keeps displaying the original data and the only workaround we've seen so far is either add the new content as another page (which is not what we want), or recreate it from scratch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Briefing Book updateable does not mean it will update based on latest filter/prompt selection, updateable means that if data in underlying database is changed it will update it (provided the corresponding cache settings allows it to).
