OACS to EPM concurrent users restriction to 5

Hi,

currently we are experiencing connectivity issues between OACS and EPM cloud. reports in OACS dashboard fails intermittently, OACS dashboard has 6 reports on the page with 2 OCPUs. OACS is connecting to EPM cloud via RPD tool and is using EPM connection.

Oracle mentioned that there's limitation on EPM to have multiple concurrent sessions and limit is set to 5 for now. details mentioned in document (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acsds/integrate-oracle-enterprise-performance-management-applications.html#GUID-876DF464-68A7-40A0-8BA6-7D2EB0357501)

we have OBIEE and essbase in our on premise env where reports are running fine without issues and concurrency is set to 100 connections in RPD but we are facing issues in OACS and EPM cloud.

Is there a direct connection from OACS to essbase by passing EPM layer so that OACS reports can run without issues.

The limits are set by EPM Cloud. The two teams are working together to try and increase the limit and improve the overall performance and concurrency.
