Is there any way we can see all Recipients IDs in iBot/ Agent delivered emails in OAC? We were able to see the whole list of recipients in OBIEE(11g/12c versions). Is it possible in OAC?
There is a BCC option in the Console -> System Settings.
Is it enabled? It defaults to enabled.
