Is there any document to create dashboard and add otbi reports to it. We need to create one and give access to users. any help is appreciated.

Hi Vivek,
Please see the below documentation, you should be BI Administrator to create dashboards:
Once you login to BI -- Create -- Dashboard -- select the required path from dashboards -- Make sure to be iy under Custom -- Save it
Now add the analysis which you have already created.
