When a user asks a question, other community members are invited to answer that question. Questions remain in an “Unanswered” queue until the question has received at least one response.
For each response they received, the person who asked the question will be prompted to either accept or reject the answer that is given. In order to mark a question as either accepted or rejected, simply hit yes or no on the dialog beneath the answer in the comment section.
Answers can be marked as accepted/rejected by the person who asked the question. If you accept the answer, it will be marked as “Accepted Answer.” If you reject the answer, it will be marked as “Incorrect Answer.” If you do not accept or reject an answer, the status of the question will remain as “Question.”
If you have accepted the answer but changed your mind, select the three dots to the right of the answer. Then select Q&A options.
From there, you are prompted to answer “Did this answer your question?”. Selecting "Yes" will flag the answer as Accepted Answer. Selecting "No" will flag the answer as Incorrect Answer. Selecting "Don’t know" will leave the question unanswered.
The best answer will be pinned to the top of the comment list so other members can find it easily.
