Cloud Customer Connect saves all of your Discussions, Ideas, and Comments automatically. You never have to worry about losing your post if you browse away, close your browser, or shut off your device!
You can access all of your discussions, ideas, bookmarks, categories, events, notifications and drafts from your user menu in the upper right corner.
On the My Discussions page, you can easily view, manage, and track your discussions and also view questions from your organization
The My Ideas section allows you to quickly access all the ideas you’ve created and voted on. You can also view the ideas members of your organization have contributed and voted on. Download the ideas to easily review and share the information with your team.
My Bookmarks are discussions that have been bookmarked.
On the My Categories page, you can easily access all the Categories you are following.
Keep track of all the events you have RSVP'd "Going".
My Notification Preferences
Manage your notification preferences on the My Notification Preferences page. Here you can select whether you want to receive an email, a popup, an email and a popup, or no notifications at all. This applies to various community actions, such as when your earn a badge.
You can also set your notification preferences in the same way for Categories.
Send, receive and reply to messages from My Inbox. You can also add members to the conversation from My Inbox.
From My Drafts you can see all of your open drafts, ready to be completed.
