You can view your upcoming events; tune in to webcasts and replays, check out the latest posts, comments, and new ideas for your chosen categories; and keep track of other members’ online activity including responses, queries and “likes.”

How to add content
To populate your page with specific content that is relevant to your interests, you must “follow” all the areas you’d like to see on your homepage feed.
To start following your preferred Categories, Events or Ideas, just click the Follow button. The default is set to Unfollow, so you must click Follow to ensure your chosen content appears on your page.
Navigate to your Categories, Events, Ideas and other areas using the menu bar
Sort your content
Sort your content by using the Sort dropdown menu and prioritize your selections according to your personal preferences.
Filter your content
Filter your content by using the Filter dropdown menu and removing the content that is not relevant to you.
My upcoming events
If you have registered to attend any upcoming events, your top three will be displayed here. If you have not registered for any events, the top three events in your followed Categories will be listed here. To see more events beyond the top three in each area, just click the “See all events” link.
Members you should meet
This section features the most active members in your followed categories. Click on their profile to send a message and introduce yourself!
If you have not yet followed any categories, this section contains a list of the most active members on the Community.
For quick reference, this section lists the areas you last visited on Cloud Customer Connect.
